    Pros
    The cleansing was thorough and there was no tightness or itchiness after use. This product allows me to skip additional water rinsing, so on tiring days I can just use the cleansing toner and go straight to bed - it's great!
    Cons
    Among cleansing waters and toners, this is my favorite product and I don't have any particular complaints, but the price is a bit burdensome.

    Pros
    I have sensitive, acne-prone skin. I love using this product in the final step of cleansing.
    Cons
    Since there is no Espoir store near me, I have to order it online every time. I wish this product would be available at Olive Young and Lalavla stores as well.
