  Pros

  As a person with oily skin, it is important to control the sebum when applying makeup. I purchased this product to help with oil control and mattifying. Since it is a pressed powder, it seems to be less likely to cause skin issues. It does a good job of controlling oil and providing a smooth, matte finish, so I can't complain. I didn't expect to be so satisfied with this product, but the scent is great - a pleasant floral fragrance. I find myself applying it just to enjoy the scent.

  Cons

  I'm not a fan of the puff. It's a sponge without a finger hole. It would be better if there was at least a finger hole. Since it's a powder, if you don't apply it properly, it can accentuate dry patches. You should gently pat it on. If you're looking for coverage, you might want to look for something else. This is really meant for oil control and mattifying, not coverage. As long as it doesn't cause breakouts, I'm generous with my rating and give it 4 stars, but I have a feeling I might like a different product better.

  Tip

  I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. Dry skin types probably shouldn't be looking at powder-type compacts in the first place. For oily skin types looking to control sebum, this could be a safe bet to try out.
