The foam is incredibly rich and soft, making it feel amazing on the skin. After rinsing, there's no deep dryness at all, and my skin feels lighter. Because the foam is so abundant, it tends to get into my eyes a bit, making them tear up. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 28, 2020
It doesn't make my skin feel tight. I love how it gives me that clean, refreshed feeling. The price is a bit steep, and the amount you get is quite small. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 24, 2020
As someone in their mid-20s experiencing more deep dryness than before, I used to prefer foaming cleansers that left my skin squeaky clean. However, after trying this at a friend's place, I fell in love with how it seemed to create a fresh protective barrier and decided to buy it. I've been using it well, and so far, I haven't had any blemishes, and the deep dryness seems less severe than before! I'd recommend this to anyone who feels deep dryness and wants a moisturizing cleanser that works hard to combat dry skin. This could be both a pro and a con, but if you're a fan of cleansing foams that leave your skin feeling squeaky clean, this might not be for you! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 19, 2019
It cleanses without much tightness and isn't too harsh, making it suitable even for acne-prone skin Keep in mind that due to its slightly acidic nature, it won't give you that squeaky-clean feeling Rubbing harder won't create more lather, so it's better to use an extra pump instead - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 4, 2019
As someone with sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I'm pleased that there's no tightness or dryness after cleansing. I also love the slight cooling sensation when I apply the foam to my face. Although I'd heard some comments about the scent being unpleasant, I personally don't find it bothersome at all. The only downside is that I wish the foam would remain a bit firmer during facial massage. It's a shame that the texture becomes runny quite quickly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 12, 2018
First off, there's no feeling of tightness, and after cleansing, my skin feels incredibly soft. The scent... it's bitter like herbal medicine, and if it accidentally gets in your eyes, it's extremely painful. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 10, 2018
Sebamed has simple ingredients, but they're perfectly chosen for the product's purpose, which is fantastic. This cleansing foam leaves absolutely no tightness, and perhaps due to the panthenol, it makes my skin feel incredibly smooth after washing. The price is great too - just around $10, and it's occasionally on sale at Costco. Even though I have extremely sensitive skin that usually flushes even with pH-balanced cleansers, I've been using this for about two weeks and haven't experienced any redness. It's wonderful! Update: After nearly a month of use, I think I'll be sticking with this cleanser. It even worked great during my military reserve training! While I can tolerate the scent of Sebamed's soap and shampoo, the fragrance in this cleansing foam is a complete miss. It's truly one of the worst scents I've ever encountered in a product. The smell is so off-putting that it makes me want to switch to a different product altogether. It's not a subtle mosquito repellent scent - it's an overpowering one. The fragrance is so strong that I have to hold my breath while washing my face. I really wish they'd either remove the fragrance entirely or change it to something else. This is the first time I've wanted to choose a different product solely because of the scent. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 5, 2017
I used it for about 3 days. It suits my skin well, and there is no tightness after washing. I have not experienced any breakouts, blemishes, or itchiness. However, it comes out as a foam, which was inconvenient for me. I'm used to using gel-type products, so I find it more comfortable to create the lather myself. At first, it was a bit inconvenient, but to be honest, it still is a little bit. For those who find the foam inconvenient, you need to squeeze it out 3 times (is that how everyone else does it?) - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 24, 2017
I've heard a lot about how this is a really mild acidic product, but when I used it myself, it was truly a revelation. The mild acidity made my skin feel so moisturized right after washing. I've already noticed my stubborn acne starting to clear up, and my skin has definitely improved. Even as an oily-skinned person, I sometimes feel a bit of tightness after washing, but for those of you with normally dry skin who really struggle with that tightness, I highly recommend this product. There's absolutely no tightness at all! The only downside is that the lather disappears really quickly, so you have to pump the product a couple times to get a good cleansing feel during each wash. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2017
My skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing! The formula finishes off feeling moisturized, and the mildly acidic foam, while not producing a lot of lather, came out in a nice foamy texture. And the dryness and acne I had have significantly decreased. The cleansing power doesn't seem to be that great. So I'm a bit worried about just using the foam cleanser alone. And when it gets in my eyes, it really stings... and when it gets in my mouth, it tastes so bitter! I first use a cleansing water to wipe everything off, then pump the foam cleanser a couple times and gently wash my face. I don't towel dry, just let it absorb, and then apply my moisturizer. Even with just that routine, my skin stays hydrated.
