The Aqua-Emulsion is truly a water-based product! I've been using this without question since my early twenties. Although the packaging has been renewed at some point, and they say the volume is the same, it somehow feels like it's decreased... Haha! It's great to use regardless of the season, summer or winter! Personally, I highly recommend this for those who don't like applying too many products on their face and prefer a light, basic skincare routine! Since it's the first step after cleansing, the lighter it is, the less burdensome the next steps feel. The price range is in the $40s... At some point, when the packaging was renewed, the price increased by a few dollars, which was quite disappointing. Whether you buy it abroad or domestically, the price is exactly the same (of course, it's a bit cheaper at duty-free shops). Still, I like you, Clarins! I don't think this product works well when applied with a cotton pad. I liked how lightweight it felt. It just seemed clean and gave the impression of having good ingredients, you know? I'm not sure if it actually had any whitening effects. To be honest, I didn't even expect it to. I wonder if it even deserves to use the term 'whitening'...
