It applies smoothly without feeling stuffy or sticky, and leaves a soft, well-groomed finish. The makeup applies beautifully! Good good.
I'm not sure if this is the cause, but something is happening. I used the bubble maker with oil once and then double cleansed with a cleansing foam, but after doing my makeup, my face feels heavy the next day or a few days later.
