First of all, I'm a man and this is a convenient stick product. It's colorless and odorless. It has a candle-like feel when applied, not too thick or greasy. It applies smoothly and evenly, with a balm-like adherence, which I really like.

Bali feels really good - it's not too thick, not too thin, and not sticky at all. It absorbs into the lips with a nice smooth feeling. After applying, it leaves a beautiful sheen. I bought this lip balm because it's said to have a lot of mineral oils, and I've been using it daily - it's great!
Cons
Hmm... just like some other stick lip balms, there are times when it doesn't glide on smoothly. But in those cases, you can just press it onto the lips and it works fine.
