It was hard to find in Korea... It's an inexpensive product, but the shipping cost is a bummer.

The fact that it can keep my eye area fresh, non-sticky, and fluffy even in the morning?

I think it would be better to just apply lotion instead of this. I don't really know the advantages, it just seems like a simple placebo effect.
