  I won a sample of Vichy eye serum and loved it, so I bought the rich version now that the cold winds are blowing. It applies smoothly, though absorption is a bit slow, probably because it's the rich formula. After application, it feels like there's a protective oil layer, but it's not suffocating. When I apply an extra layer around my eyes instead of eye cream, my skin doesn't feel dry until morning.

  Cons

  For now, I don't have any complaints. If any arise, I'll add them later.

  I bought this after testing it on the back of my hand and liking how it felt. I prefer cream types over gels, so I got the rich version. The absorption is good, and the scent is typical of hot spring water cosmetics, but not unpleasant. The glass case is a bit heavy, but the light blue color is pretty.

  Cons

  I received a sample with my purchase and tried it on my face first. My skin turned severely red. I have sensitive skin and some products make me flush, but it usually subsides. However, with this product, the redness persisted, so I ended up returning it.

  I used a sample of this product and I really liked it! Despite being a rich cream, the texture was slightly runny, which I found pleasant. After application, it leaves a firm finish but absorbs quickly. What I loved most was how soft my skin felt the next morning after applying a generous amount before bed. The scent has a subtle powdery fragrance.

  Cons

  Even though it was a small sample, when I opened the lid, the surface seemed to have melted, which was disappointing. For the full-size product, I wish it had an inner cap. If you have very oily skin, I'd recommend using the version for oily skin instead of the dry skin formula, or perhaps use this as a night cream.

  I've been using this for several bottles because it's moisturizing and absorbs well. Then I checked Hwahae and was surprised to find the ingredients weren't as good as I thought.

  Like most moisturizers, if you apply too much and then put makeup on top, it can cause some pilling. Just be careful not to overdo it.

  The absorbs well. It doesn't seem to have that heavy silicone feel.

  Cons

  The fragrance is overpowering. Also, within two hours of application (without any other symptoms like burning sensation), red blemishes started appearing on my face. I immediately washed it off and slept with a bare face to identify the cause and prevent further irritation. However, the next morning, I woke up with over 10 small pustules. I chose this product because I had a good experience with the serum from the same line, but I suspect one of the cream's ingredients might have caused an allergic reaction.

  It absorbs smoothly and has a lovely scent. It feels nice when first applied, but my skin dries out quickly afterwards.

  Every time I apply it, my skin pills. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad sign. By afternoon, my skin becomes very dry very quickly, so I wouldn't recommend it as a hydrating moisturizer.

The absorption is great, and it has a lovely scent reminiscent of baby lotion. It didn't cause any irritation, which made me want to recommend it. However, after finishing it and considering a repurchase, I looked into the ingredients. To my surprise, there were more potentially harmful components than I expected.
