After using the Angelica line, for the first time in my life, my entire face and neck cracked and I experienced severe blemishes. I had to visit the doctor and suffered a lot. I didn't realize it was because of this product and thought I might have a sun allergy. Now, even just smelling the fragrance makes me feel itchy.

The fragrance is lovely and it absorbs well. It's perfect for summer use.

This product is so foolproof, you don't need any special tips - it works well no matter how you apply it. It's great for evening use, and equally perfect as a base before makeup. It creates a beautifully hydrated canvas that helps your makeup go on smoothly.

The downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side. The quantity isn't particularly generous either. Using it five days a week, a single container doesn't even last a month and a half.

The cucumber scent is overwhelmingly strong. Also, I couldn't repurchase it - not sure if it's a seasonal summer item or if it's been discontinued altogether. As for the ingredients, it's a common issue with almost all L'Occitane products, but it's disappointing to see phenoxyethanol added to the formula.

I used this during summer and loved how the gel texture absorbed quickly without feeling sticky. The hydration lasted all day long. It's truly a refreshing product perfect for the summer months.

The downside is the price compared to the amount you get! I wish there was more product for the cost.

I tend to use products from the same brand whenever possible. Personally, I finished my routine with toner, Angelica cream, and shea butter cream.

I didn't experience any blemishes when I used it for less than a year. However, after using it for over a year, I started to notice some slight skin issues. (I can't say for certain it's solely because of the Angelica cream.) I apply it morning and night. While it doesn't cause much deep dryness, I wish it provided long-lasting hydration.

It helped reduce the feeling of deep dryness. While sometimes it felt like it wasn't absorbing well depending on my skin condition, 9 out of 10 times it absorbed well. The best part is the refreshing finish, as if water is fully penetrating into the skin.

However, the scent is really off-putting. Every time I apply it, I can't get used to the smell.

To be honest, when I applied this cream while my skin was acting up, it calmed everything down. It felt like a miracle cream! For me, it's simply a holy grail product...

It's suitable for oily skin in the peak of summer. The lightweight formula seems to control excess shine well.
