I'm not sure what the good points were. I bought it anyway, so I'm using it, but I'm not sure about the effectiveness...
Cons
The amount was too much, and I was hoping it would relieve the perineal pain and discomfort after natural childbirth, but I'm not sure. You have to dry it thoroughly after applying it. It was also inconvenient to apply when lying down, as the spray didn't work well. The scent is not bad, but it's not particularly pleasant either.

I'm not sure if all Earth's Mama products are like this, but this one has a very strong scent, and it felt a bit stinging after use. The volume seems too large, which is disappointing.
