As someone who used to despise essential oils, especially citrus ones, I somehow became desensitized and even ended up buying Origins' Mega-Mushroom line - talk about an essential oil overload! I purchased both the toner and mask, but they're just... meh. I didn't have high expectations since it was an impulse buy anyway.

This mask has a texture between a cream and clay mask. It doesn't dry out like a clay mask, but it has a slight clay-like feel that makes you want to wash it off before bed. The application is average. It has a mild citrus scent mixed with herbal essential oils - almost reminiscent of traditional medicine.

The main purpose of this product is to soothe the skin... Well, at least it gives you a sense of pampering yourself. It's decent enough to use.

I'm not diligent enough to mask daily, so when I do use it, I apply it generously and wash it off after about 20 minutes. Overall, I don't think it's worth buying again.
