I've heard that quite a few people get blemishes from Clinique's yellow emulsion, but I never dreamed it would happen to me. I don't usually have sensitive skin, and my skin was pretty firm to begin with. I applied it before bed, and when I woke up in the morning, my eyes and face were so swollen it looked like I'd been beaten up. It was so uncomfortable that it made daily activities difficult. By the afternoon, the swelling had gone down a bit, but then I got an enormous breakout of tiny bumps and blemishes. My skin was stinging, itchy, and in total chaos. I've always had dry skin, including deep dryness, but never sensitive skin. This is the first time I've ever had such a bad reaction - I wanted to go to the doctor, but it was the weekend. Ugh... Thanks to Hwahae, I found a serum without harmful ingredients at Olive Young, which I'm going to apply before bed. If you have super sensitive skin, please make sure to patch test before buying this. As for me, I'm never going to look at Clinique products again.

When I applied a small amount in the morning, I thought it made my skin feel firm. But I realize now it wasn't firmness, it was actually slight swelling. I can't really think of any positives, to be honest...

To prevent pilling, apply after a water essence and follow with a mist spray.

Slightly drying. Works best when applied after an ampoule or water essence.

I found it works really well when used together with the cream from the same line.

Apart from that, I didn't notice any improvements in skin texture or reduction in redness.

This product leaves your skin feeling fresh and hydrated. It's like it knows exactly how much moisture your skin needs and fills in the gaps. Unlike other serums that hit you with intense hydration at first but then slowly evaporate, leaving your skin feeling depleted, this one acts like a sponge. It holds onto moisture and releases it as needed. That's why you don't feel drier in the afternoon compared to the morning - the hydration level stays consistent throughout the day.

It lacks a bit in terms of hydration. The price point is too high for buying and using in Korea. It's difficult to check how much product is left - you have to guess by shaking the bottle.

It absorbs into the skin with a soft, powdery finish. No stickiness at all. I love that there's barely any scent. It seems to even out skin texture nicely. No pilling issues. To be honest, I've been using this for over 3 years now. I'm quite satisfied with it!

This is my favorite cosmetic product. Even though I'm in my mid-30s, I often hear that my skin looks great. However, when I stop using the miracle serum, my fine lines start to increase. I don't realize it when I'm using it, but as soon as I stop, I'm the first to notice, and then my closest friends find out too. That's why I can't bring myself to stop using it.

In the winter, it just dries out my skin, and in the summer, it's too sticky. I don't know what to do with it. I used it diligently for 3 months, but as summer came, I started getting whiteheads when I woke up after using it, so I had to stop using it. I still have one more bottle for the fall, so I guess I'll have to use it...

There's not much that's good about it... The store staff raved about it, so I decided to try it for 6 months, and I bought the 30ml set at the duty-free shop, but...

Although the store employee persuaded me to buy the expensive skin lotion, saying it would provide sufficient moisture, it did not actually work that well for my skin. I've had it for over 5 months, but I've only used it for less than 2 weeks before just leaving it aside...I regret spending that much money and not buying something else instead. And the employee had also told me it would be effective for wrinkle improvement, but that doesn't seem to be the case either....

It is moisturizing and has good glide.
But that's about it...haha
