It's fine to just dab it lightly on top of my makeup with a cushion, and there's hardly any white cast while still providing a tone-up effect, so sometimes I even go out without wearing foundation. It doesn't irritate my eyes either, which is great!

In fact, applying it first works better than doing makeup without it.
ConsIt doesn't seem to provide good sun protection. Even though it was summer, I got some freckles on my cheekbones.
