Thick, oily eye creams always caused milia and felt like they just sat on top of my skin. But this product has a refreshing gel texture that doesn't give me that feeling. Even with just a small amount, it provides deep, long-lasting hydration that I'm really satisfied with. While it's not marketed as a functional product, I've noticed my fine lines becoming slightly less noticeable with consistent use. Among all the eye creams I've tried, this is the most satisfying, which is why I've repurchased it. If you struggle with milia or prefer a lightweight gel texture with good hydration, I highly recommend this!
ConsWhile the price isn't too high compared to other high-end brands... well... the quantity is quite stingy. I remember being surprised that it's similar in size to sample bottles. Also, if you prefer thick, ointment-like textures, I wouldn't recommend this product. It has very little oiliness.
TipYou only need to apply a small amount. Instead of spreading it with your ring finger, try gently patting it on as if you're covering the area. This way, even a small amount will provide ample hydration. Don't forget to apply it under your eyebrows and on your eyelids as well.

Being a Clinique product, it felt light and refreshing when applied to the face. The texture is somewhere between an emulsion and a cream. Naturally, it spreads evenly without clumping. You can apply a generous amount without it feeling heavy. #Absorption Considering it's a Clinique product, it doesn't absorb instantly, but by the time you've washed your face, applied this product, brushed your teeth, and laid down in bed, it will have fully absorbed. It absorbs quite quickly. #Hydration As expected from a product called 'Ice Cream', when you apply this all over your face, your skin becomes incredibly soft. You can feel the effect immediately. While it doesn't feel like a surface coating, you can sense the deep hydration happening within your skin. #Recommended Skin Type Generally, I'd like to recommend Clinique products to those with combination dehydrated skin. This eye cream has very little oil content and provides a bit more intense hydration to the face.
Cons#Value for Money Despite being an eye cream, I felt it was slightly lacking in nourishment even when I applied it to my entire face. Even though I indulged in the luxury of using an eye cream all over my face, it felt like I had just applied a regular moisturizer. While the product itself is good, considering the price, it's a bit disappointing.

At least there was no eye irritation or stuffiness. Even if mid-range eye creams don't show visible results, as long as they don't have a negative impact on the eyes, I think they can still be considered good products. Contrary to its appearance, this product felt quite refreshing and wasn't burdensome to use.
ConsThe reviews mentioned that some people developed milia. Since I've only used it for a short time, I didn't experience that. However, I also didn't see any visible effects.

The formula is a thin type, which seems suitable for eye area care for those in their 20s. It didn't feel sticky, and after using it so far, my under-eye area feels a bit firmer - it's quite nice. The ingredients don't seem too bad either, and I'm using it well.
ConsWhen I first applied it, there was some irritation under my eyes. I'm not sure if it was because of this eye cream, but after applying it for two days, I had some reddish spots. It wasn't painful or anything, and they disappeared quickly. I've been using it well so far. The scent was almost non-existent, which I liked.
TipThe formula is so thin that when you apply it and warm it with your body heat, it feels like it absorbs all the way in, which is nice.
