Pros
The fact that it doesn't cause milia or breakouts is great. I had been using the Clinique eye serum and tried switching to other eye creams, but I ended up getting milia (in the crow's feet and cheek area) and breakouts. That's why I came back to Clinique. It applies lightly and when you massage it with the roller a few times, you get a slightly cooling sensation.
Cons
Well... the truth is, I do have certain expectations from an eye cream, like reducing dark circles or minimizing wrinkles... but those effects don't seem to be there.^^^^^ (I think I'm prone to milia, so I apply it to the eye area more out of necessity than anything else. But it's still better than not using anything at all.^^ Instead, I apply a gentle cream to the eye area like I would an eye cream.)

My eyes feel refreshed and I feel good, like getting a massage.
Cons
Performance: I have no idea what effects it has. Moisturizing, wrinkle improvement, dark circle improvement... It just feels like I'm massaging it on. The price is disappointing. Case: After using about half, I have to tilt my head back to apply it... It's inconvenient. And due to the design, the area around the lid gets dirty easily.

It's comfortable and good to use. I also use it like a booster before applying eye cream. I use it on my forehead as well.
Cons
