Due to my skin tone, it's nearly impossible to achieve a vibrant look with the pale shades sold in drugstores. They're all lighter than my skin tone, making them float on my face. For someone like me, Ginger Pop is the blush that gives a stable, radiant, and lively look. The color payoff is translucent, so it's less affected by skin brightness compared to shades with a lot of white mixed in. Among the Cheek Pop's bright range, Melon Pop is more famous. While it's also a pretty color, Ginger Pop might be a better fit for those with autumn or muted tones. There's even a video where Pony recommends it. If you usually find that products Pony uses work well on your face, I'd recommend this one too. A benefit common to all Cheek Pop colors is their clear pigmentation. The appropriate amount of shimmer and transparent color payoff really makes your skin look great.
ConsAs for drawbacks... well, I don't think there are many, but... I also find the applicator a bit awkward. It's not a blush that applies easily with just any brush. Being a baked type blush, it has that aspect to it.
TipSince it's a baked blush and the Cheek Pop formula is quite unique, it doesn't apply well with weak brushes. Many people use a puff, but I prefer to use a small, firm brush because I want to apply it while precisely controlling the area. About the size of a highlighter brush! I define the area accurately that way, then blend the edges with a slightly larger brush. Even so, Ginger Pop has good color payoff!

I finally understand what they mean by 'watercolor effect'. It adheres well to the skin too. The chrysanthemum shape is so pretty, and the case is sturdy with a generous amount of product. The shade is like a coral pink? It's pink with a drop of coral. There's a subtle shimmer that makes it look luxurious. It doesn't show up too boldly on the skin, just gives a slight glow. There's absolutely no feeling of dryness.
ConsI'm still not sure which tool to use. The puff seems to work best, but because of the chrysanthemum shape, it doesn't apply evenly. The chrysanthemum shape is pretty, but honestly, it's inconvenient when applying with a puff. People say the chrysanthemum shape is so beautiful and great, but while it's true that it's pretty, honestly, it could do without it...
TipCut the cushion puff in half and use the flat side to pat it on multiple times. Because of the chrysanthemum shape, it doesn't apply evenly, so at first, pat it several times to control the amount on your hand (this is essential!) before applying. Using your fingers is the most comfortable, but the color payoff isn't as good. The shimmer becomes more prominent while the color seems to fade. However, if you have fair skin, using your fingers might work fine. For someone with darker skin like me, applying with fingers doesn't show up well, unfortunately.
