Pros

I've been using this product for over 5 years. The pimples that used to appear every month whenever I was feeling unwell have disappeared since I started using this. When I stop using it, the pimples come back, so I can't quit and I keep using it.

Cons

The price is outrageous. Even when I bought it in the US, it was even more expensive, but at least they gave a lot of samples here in Korea, so that's a relief.

Pros

I have been using this product for 15 years, and it has been great for my highly sensitive and complex skin. Before I knew the ingredients, my skin had no issues when using it. But after learning the ingredients, I realized it is quite simple, with 2 types of PEG and iron oxides, which are not ideal for my extremely sensitive skin. Yet, ironically, this is the best toner product for me. I love it dearly. It is a bit pricey, but I cannot replace it. However, other than the toner, most of the Primera natural products do not seem to work well for me, which is strange since they claim to be gentle. I don't know about all their products, but I'm certain that the fragrance and acids like shea butter cause breakouts for my skin. Even with a thicker texture, it irritates my sensitive skin, so I prefer lighter formulas.

I wish it had a pump. But anyway, this is the best product for me.

I dislike sticky and stuffy skincare, but this product was great as it was just moisturizing and watery. The scent was also nice.

Cons

I have sensitive skin, and if I apply it incorrectly, my skin can get irritated and I can develop acne. One day I used this skin product, and my face turned red and stung, so I haven't used it since then.
