The disappointing thing is that the fragrance is really bad. I know that the fragrance doesn't necessarily mean it's good for the skin, but... The fragrance is like something you'd smell in a traditional Chinese medicine shop. It's not a medicinal smell, but... It's really annoying to use it every time.
And the granules are also a hassle to dissolve...

I scoop out a generous amount, warm it in my palm, and apply it in patches, especially on the more severely affected areas, gently wrapping my hand around those spots to help it absorb. After using the AYA Hoho lotion, cream, soothing balm, and the Tamanu Healing Balm on the worst areas, my baby's dry, irritated skin seems to have gained some much-needed moisture.

Hmm...there's really nothing bad, except that after applying it to the baby, there's a slight scent left on my hands. But since there are no artificial ingredients, I can live with that!

My baby was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis, and while searching, I learned about all kinds of products that were supposedly good. But they only worked for a little while, and then the oozing would start again, and I had to keep applying steroids, which really worried and stressed me out. The good thing about this product is...the oozing has stopped. The itching is still there, but it doesn't seem to be getting worse. Since I warm it up in my palm before applying, the texture is nice and spreadable. It does absorb a bit more slowly since it's an ointment-type, but I just wrap my hand around it to help it absorb. The scent is natural, with a mild herbal aroma. This is my go-to soothing balm that I apply frequently.

It absorbs a bit slowly and feels a bit greasy, like it's created a film on the skin. It's heavier than the oil.

My elementary school daughter with eczema around her eyes and I have been using it together. My skin was in terrible condition due to sensitive acne and tightness, but after accidentally receiving and trying the tamanu oil from Nature and Sharing, my skin is now glowing. I'm the type who gets really swollen from mosquito bites, but if I put some ice on it briefly and then apply this, it almost completely goes down overnight - it's really remarkable

Since I only use it sparingly and not every day, I sometimes forget about it after the initial use. It would be helpful if there was a brief note somewhere on the packaging about what skin concerns it can address, for people like me who tend to forget about products after the first few uses.

The texture is similar to the old Jawoongo or the green Burt's Bees balm I used before. Compared to the Burt's Bees green balm, the color is a bit more yellowish and not as deeply pigmented. I purchased it to use on the acne and eczema on my face, and it seemed to clear up quickly when I used it along with other moisturizing products.

The price is a bit expensive~ So I sometimes wait for sales~ And the smell is not that great.

It's an all-purpose ointment~  It works great for bruises and is also good for applying to rough skin.

This year I got contact dermatitis and my skin was in an extremely dry state.
Using this together with the glass skin lotion made it better.
