It has a rich, Vaseline-like consistency.
ConsThe scent is reminiscent of eating cilantro. It has that typical old-fashioned fragrance you'd find in your mother's cosmetics. That's not really appealing.

That's why I'm satisfied. ChapStick is actually my go-to lip balm. I have allergies, so I often breathe through my mouth, which leaves my lips in really poor condition. I bought this product because of the great reviews, but honestly, I didn't have high expectations after being disappointed by countless others. However, I was pleased to find it offers about the same level of moisture as ChapStick.
ConsThe scent is slightly medicinal, not particularly pleasant, but it's so faint that it's not bothersome. The biggest drawback is the price. It's not cost-effective considering it gives similar results to a ChapStick that costs less than $10. Also, the jar packaging is inconvenient and messy since you have to apply it with your fingers. Above all, its tendency to attract dust is a significant downside.
TipMy top tip for lip balm is to apply it generously, like you're doing a mask treatment. If your lips aren't in great shape, I recommend skipping lipstick altogether and just wearing lip balm. Healthy lips look prettier than red lips covered in dead skin cells.

While it's pricey, it lasts so long that it's actually quite cost-effective.
ConsThe scent is a bit artificial, like typical cosmetics, which might not appeal to everyone.
TipIt's great for reapplying anytime, whether before or after makeup.

Usually, products claiming to be moisturizing either apply too thick or feel extremely greasy. Most of these products also had a tendency to sit on the surface. However, this product has a hard balm texture that applies thinly, and I was surprised by how long-lasting the hydration is despite that. Personally, I think lip balms are one of those cosmetics where you can really tell the difference as the price goes up, and this Bobbi Brown lip balm definitely contributes to that impression. You don't need to apply it thickly like a sleeping pack to effectively remove dead skin cells. It's also great at calming flaky skin, making it perfect to use before applying lip color.
Cons- Expensive: I tend to apply lip balm frequently, and while it's okay to use this hard type sparingly, it does run out quickly... Considering the price, I have to think twice about repurchasing... - Divisive scent: Now I think it has a 'Bobbi-like' scent and feels luxurious, but honestly, at first, it reminded me of my mom's cosmetics... It's like a cosmetic smell + a subtle hint of baby powder...? To be honest, it's not a fragrant lip balm... - Packaging: It's in a jar type container. I don't find this type of packaging particularly inconvenient, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer stick types for hygiene reasons or ease of use. I think the design on the case is pretty, but it's disappointing how easily it wears off with use.
TipOverall: The product is good, but the price isn't very friendly. It feels a bit too expensive to buy with my own money... It's the kind of lip balm that would be great to receive as a gift. I'd recommend it as a gift option!

But this one is amazing! With other balms, I'd apply a ton before bed, only to wake up with lips as dry as if I'd never used anything. This one, though? It's still there in the morning! It's thick and moisturizing, so my lips are beautifully plump when I wake up. Other balms feel oily and uncomfortable, and don't really help with flakiness. But this one is fantastic! When I apply tint over it, my lips don't dry out, and it makes every type of lip product - gel tints, velvet, matte, you name it - look gorgeous. I've tried pretty much every highly-rated lip balm out there, and this is the best by far. If you struggle with extremely dry lips, constant flaking, and other balms just don't work for you, give this a try. Apply it generously at night, then gently wipe with a damp cloth in the morning - the dead skin cells will come off without any irritation. The Hwahae Testers will love that it comes in a large size, so you can slather it on and it still lasts ages!
ConsThe pot packaging is a bit inconvenient, and the scent is slightly... reminiscent of old-fashioned cosmetics. It's not overpowering, just a hint of that vintage cosmetics smell mixed with a powdery fragrance. And the most crucial drawback? The devilishly high price.

The hydration lasts for a long time without evaporating quickly. The scent isn't overpowering, which is nice.
ConsWhile the fragrance isn't strong, it has a slight baby powder or floral scent that can sometimes be off-putting... Also, since it comes in a pot, you have to accept that dust and other particles might get in.
TipI find it easier to apply by rubbing the container directly on my lips rather than using my fingers
