The viscous formula doesn't absorb well into cotton pads.

I use heroine mascara, and this doesn't remove it well. When I soak the cotton pad generously to use it, it stings my eyes. An Italian pharmacist highly recommended it, but I'm extremely disappointed... The price isn't great either.
