ConsIt's a bit slippery, so the staying power is somewhat disappointing

As someone with warm undertones, it complements my complexion beautifully. The color blends seamlessly without making my lips look disconnected from my face. The texture is so smooth that I find myself reapplying it frequently. The sheer tint seems to adhere well to my lips, resulting in minimal emphasis on dead skin cells. Only when my lips are severely neglected does it slightly accentuate dryness. It appears to somewhat manage flakiness, which helps prevent noticeable dry patches.
ConsWell, since my natural lip color is quite deep, this almost looks like I'm wearing a clear lip balm. When I tested it on the back of my hand at Olive Young, it was such a pretty orange shade. I can't help but wish the color payoff was a bit more intense on my lips.

When applied thickly, it's a beautiful tangerine shade, and when applied thinly, it's a soft orange. The packaging is also pretty and nice.
ConsSigh... I checked the ingredients after buying it, and are you kidding me? 11 caution ingredients and 2 allergens? I'd rather apply tint to my Nivea lip balm and use that instead.

The scent is lovely, and it's creamy without being sticky, greasy, or clumpy at all! The fragrance is absolutely divine. It applies evenly, so it looks beautiful even with a casual swipe. When my lips feel dry outside, I just apply this, and it keeps them from chapping and so moisturized. Plus, it gives my lips such a vibrant look - like orange grapefruit! It's more of a strong orange-grapefruit shade!
ConsThere's not really anything I disliked about it... I'm just sad that I've used it all up. The last swatch shows a lighter color than usual because I've used up the balm and had to scrape the remnants with my finger to show the color.
TipWhen your lips feel dry after applying Cha Cha tint, put on some Cha Cha balm - it's a perfect combo! If you add some orange blush, it looks absolutely gorgeous. It gives you that juicy, fresh-faced glow!

Before using this, I used to finish my lip makeup with Vaseline and tint. After trying the Chachabalm, I feel it's more hydrating than Vaseline. However, by 'more hydrating', I mean it seems to last longer. While it does have a few drawbacks, I find that the Chachabalm + tint combination (somewhere between coral and red... maybe a deep crimson?) suits me better than the Vaseline + tint (which fades too quickly) combo. Unless I find a better alternative, I'll likely repurchase this.
ConsFirst off, the price is shocking! After receiving it as a gift, I looked it up and nearly dropped it when I saw it costs $30! Maybe it's because I've never bought lipstick before. The Chachabalm itself has almost no color, so I wouldn't recommend using it alone. I cover it with my usual tint, which creates a beautiful color that's not too red. I definitely recommend using it with a tint!
TipApply Chachabalm as a base, then tint, and touch up with Chachabalm throughout the day.
