My skin must be made of steel because I slathered this on like a sleeping pack, thinking it was an emulsion. Surprisingly, my skin didn't freak out... Who knew it was actually a cream cleanser! A The Body Shop employee recommended a toner and emulsion, so I bought them. Seems they weren't fully familiar with the products yet. For about two weeks, I used what I thought was an emulsion, only to realize one day it was actually a cream cleanser when I finally read the label... I can't really blame anyone but myself. I should have read it more carefully. I was the fool for just buying what was recommended without checking. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2016
The fact that there was little irritation on the skin? There was no stinging or breakouts on the skin. It's probably best not to expect strong cleansing power from this cleanser. That's why even though I bought it, I haven't been using it much, which is a waste of money.
