Essentially, this was a very ordinary lip balm. There was nothing particularly bad or good about it - it had a generic Vaseline-like feel.
Blisters formed on my lips. To see if this was the cause, I tried using a different lip balm, and the blisters subsided. When I used this lip balm again, the blisters returned. And into the trash it went. There seems to be something about it that doesn't agree with me.
This lip balm did not suit me, but aside from that, it was an unremarkable, ordinary lip balm without any particular inconveniences when using it.
