  Pros

  At first, I was happy because I thought it removed makeup well. I assumed it was gentle on the skin...

  Cons

  I only realized later after using it for a while. Upon closer inspection, I noticed it left a lot of residue. Initially, I thought it was gentle, but what's the point if it doesn't remove makeup properly? It might even cause blemishes... To make matters worse, I found out the ingredients aren't good either, according to Hwahae.

  Pros

  I bought this for my sensitive, dry skin, and I absolutely loved the scent throughout using the entire 200ml bottle. It has a unique, refreshing herbal fragrance that's not common. The packaging and color are clean and pretty too! The product itself has a slightly viscous texture, so I followed the official website's recommendation and used the absorption method for cleansing. Just rub it between your palms, apply it to your face, then gently press your palms against your skin several times. I really appreciated that my face didn't feel dry after cleansing.

  Cons

  Being a milk-type cleanser, there were times when some residue remained after washing. I found myself either cleansing my T-zone again or thoroughly wiping with toner. I hadn't really looked into the ingredients before, but it turns out there are more potentially irritating components than I expected.

  Pros

  It feels incredibly hydrating! The moisturizing effect seems different from oils, in a good way.

  Cons

  It was hard to remove completely, and I could see residue left behind... That made me uneasy, and sure enough, I ended up with blemishes. When I switched to a different product, the blemishes cleared up.
