There are no residues and even after double cleansing with soap (weaker than foam cleanser), it all comes off well. Just apply this and rinse with water, and the makeup on your face washes away nicely. ConsI took off one star because the ingredient list is not great, but otherwise this cleanser is really good. TipRecommendedUse it on your bare face after removing all eye and lip makeup. Then gently massage it in, let it absorb, and rinse it off with just water. Followed by a mild, slightly acidic double cleanse (I use a gentle soap like Egg Pack) - it cleans the makeup off completely, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and clean.
