It seemed to remove makeup effectively. It even took off Kiss Me mascara well and removed all traces of eyeliner without leaving any residue.
Since it's not a pump-type dispenser, it was a bit difficult to control the amount, which was inconvenient. Also, it tends to sting a bit if it gets into your eyes.
