  Pros

  This was my first eyeshadow purchase. It seems perfect for beginners. I didn't feel like the color payoff was poor at all. With a range from base shades to contouring colors, I think it's an excellent choice for those new to eyeshadow.

  Cons

  As others have mentioned, there is some excess powder fallout. So, I wouldn't recommend this for those who absolutely can't stand any fallout...

  Pros

  It has an eyeshadow base, brown shades, and black eyeshadow. Perfect for when you're too lazy to draw your eyeliner.

  Cons

  The excess powder fallout is extreme. After one use, even my mirror looks like it's wearing eyeshadow. The color payoff is really poor. I tried to salvage it by using it as a contour, but it doesn't even work for that. It's one of those products that makes you wonder why you bought it in the first place.
