I've been using it since high school. While it feels a bit strong to use all over the face, when I only use it on my nose, forehead, and chin, I don't feel any irritation. I'm not extremely prone to blackheads, but I'm satisfied with using it for sebum control.
Cons
I really liked it and recommended it to a friend who has a lot of blackheads, but my friend didn't see much effect. I think it would be better suited for those who need blackhead and sebum control, rather than those with severe blackheads.
Tip
Use it after showering. It won't be effective if you use it when your face is dry.
