The watery texture allows for quick absorption.
ConsWhile the formula is lightweight and non-greasy, it doesn't seem to provide a high level of moisture.

ConsIt seemed to have a stronger moisturizing feel rather than hydrating. For my dry skin, the finish felt a bit heavy, which was disappointing.

Despite my extremely sensitive skin, there was no irritation at all, and my skin felt healthier. It's the right amount of moisturizing and has a nice glide. I recommend this to those with sensitive skin or a weakened skin barrier! It's always a product I keep on hand.
ConsWhile it helps balance oil and moisture, in the fall or winter, the hydration may be slightly lacking. On those occasions, applying another hydrating ampoule first and then the Madagascar ampoule will result in an incredibly moisturized and healthy complexion.
TipApplying a hyaluronic acid ampoule first and then layering this ampoule twice will create an ultra-plump and dewy skin finish.

It is not stimulating. If you apply an additional layer, you can slightly feel the moisturizing effect.
ConsThere is no moisture or oiliness, it just feels like applying water. The more you apply, the stickier it gets, making it difficult to apply. The benefits are not highlighted, so I don't think I will repurchase.

But with this product, my skin hasn't gotten worse or experienced any troubles, so I've been using it well. It's an unfamiliar brand, but I trusted the ingredients and the cost-effectiveness, and I'm satisfied with using it :) 🔴Packaging: Clean and the dropper is on an angle. It's amazing that the image is visible under lighting! 🔴Texture: It's a watery type, like a toner. Because of this, it absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky. The moisture level isn't extremely high, and there's no oiliness at all. It's a great product to use as a toner -> ampoule -> cream routine! Moisture ★★★☆☆ Oil ☆☆☆☆☆ 🔴Recommended Skin Type: Dry & Oily (Not recommended for standalone use in winter) The moisture level is adequate, but in winter, it may not be enough for my skin to use on its own. I usually just use cleansing -> cream in the summer, but during the transitional seasons and winter, I've been looking for an ampoule to provide the right amount of hydration, and I've found this product to be great. To summarize, this product is ⭐Average⭐, ⭐Cost-effective⭐, and ⭐Gentle⭐.
ConsUsing it alone may not provide enough moisture and oil, so I recommend applying a cream as the final step. It's not recommended for dry skin types :(

It's a large volume but also affordable, so I think I'll end up repurchasing it. The texture is like flowing water, and the finish has a slight stickiness and thickness to it. It's only been a week since I started using it, so I'm not sure about its scar removal and other functional aspects yet, but no breakouts have come up so far!
ConsIt's more moisturizing than oily, so after applying it, I felt a bit of dryness, so I applied a very thin layer of a slightly oily cream. I'm wondering if it might be difficult to use in the winter when it's dry.
TipAs soon as I pour it out, the texture just flows out so smoothly!!

Those of you with the same skin type as me, please do buy this and empty a bottle! 1. My skin was completely turned upside down for about three months due to contact dermatitis and hormonal imbalance. I had acne covering my entire face... About two months after my skin went haywire, I started using this ampoule, and the ⭐soothing effect was amazing for my skin. Areas that I had extracted or were slightly swollen and reddened immediately calmed down. 2. ⭐The moisture and oil balance is excellent. At first, I felt it was a bit oily, but as I used it, my skin seemed to adapt. The long-lasting moisture and hydration meant my skin no longer felt tight, and most importantly, ⭐I hardly got any closed comedones. Now my skin is clear, with no acne or closed comedones. 3. It's not irritating or stinging at all. That means the ingredients are gentle, right? 4. When my sebum production was exploding, and I couldn't control it even with sebum-controlling supplements, I completely changed my skincare routine to minimize oil. Before bed, I would use the Dokdo toner to exfoliate, then apply the toner sparingly and let it absorb three times. ⭐Then I would apply the ampoule twice, which would essentially saturate my skin with moisture, and the slight oiliness of the ampoule would form a hydrating barrier to prevent moisture loss. For me, the Dokdo toner and this ampoule were the perfect combination.
ConsThe formula is too lightweight for use in winter. Being an extremely low-oil ampoule, it's woefully inadequate for preventing tightness in the extremely dry winter. However, it's an excellent formula for use from spring to early fall. I think it's best suited for summer in particular!
TipIf you want a simple but well-hydrated skincare routine, be sure to use the Dokdo toner together. As a toner with excellent exfoliating and impurity-removing effects, applying the ampoule to the clean skin will not only reduce sebum production but also gradually improve closed comedones. I saw really great results after about two months of using this combination. Be sure to try it out!

It's not heavy and has a nice, bouncy feel. It seems to absorb quickly. I didn't have any particular troubles and it was generally good to use.
ConsSince I have dry skin, the moisture and oil content seems a bit lacking for me..

Since it's 100% centella extract, it should be good for soothing troubles for those whose skin agrees with centella. And when it's on sale for 10,900 won, isn't that just an amazing value? The 100ml size also means you can use it generously without worrying.
ConsSince there's absolutely no oiliness, it might lack moisture for dry skin types. As a person with combination skin, one layer wasn't enough, and I had to layer it twice to feel comfortable.
TipLayer the ampoule twice, and then seal in the moisture with a cream that has some oil content!!

Trial Reviewers' reviews undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsI've been using this product for several years now. I don't have inflammatory acne, but I occasionally get a few pimples, and I was struggling with clogged pores. At the time, centella was trending, so I tried it and it worked really well for me, so I've been using it ever since. It absorbs well, doesn't feel sticky at all, and has a nice, moderate moisture level, so I've been able to use it well in both winter and summer. In the beginning, I saw amazing results, and while the dramatic effects have faded over time, I still consider it an essential item and continue to use it.
ConsBecause it's a bit runny, I tend to use it a bit more liberally. And it may not be enough for those who are looking for more soothing or moisturizing properties.
TipAfter using the toner, I apply the essence, and then the cream. It usually takes about 5 minutes for the cream to fully absorb, so I make sure to pat it in well to help it soak in.
