While the fragrance is pleasant, there is a certain level of irritation. I use exfoliating pads regularly, and when I use this product along with that, my skin all over feels stinging and irritated for a while, so I had to stop using it.
The centella doesn't seem to be a very high concentration, but if I overdo the exfoliation, I can immediately feel my skin becoming sensitive during the cleansing step.
It's as if it's constantly teetering between acne prevention and skin sensitivity.

I keep this product stocked up and use it! I've already used up three bottles and still have one more, so I feel at ease. I mainly use it as a cleansing balm, and if I'm feeling lazy, I also use it as a cleansing oil.
My skin is not completely free of blemishes, so this is a product I use as a sort of insurance (?) during my skincare routine. It's clear that when I stopped using it for about a month, my acne visibly flared up, so I ended up buying the product again. I suspect that either the propolis or the centella ingredient is what helps control my acne.
The effects seem somewhat inconsistent, but I can definitely feel the difference when I don't use it, so I always end up going back to it.

The only thing I don't like about this product is its smell. The smell is quite weird and not really appealing. It doesn't undermine though the fact that this product is very effective for oily skin in tropical conditions.

Very effective for people with oily skin. I live in the Philippines and I must say, it works perfectly for people like me who have oily skin. Lasts up to three months also, so it's a really good choice in my opinion.

It's true that I did see results from using this product, but it also seems to cause quite a bit of irritation.
My skin always feels stinging when I use it. But since I'm seeing benefits, I've continued using it. I'm not sure if I'll repurchase it, though, mainly due to this irritation.

The fragrance is really strong and pungent, it stings my nose.
It seems to be from the alcohol content, which I noticed in the ingredients as well.
Be mindful that the alcohol can be drying with long-term use.

🔸Skin Calming, Trouble Relief
I had used other products that disrupted my skin, but using this line's skin lotion helped a lot in soothing my skin. I think the emulsion effect was even more beneficial. Using them together worked great. This product also gave me a soothing, sanitized feeling, and helped calm my skin, though it did seem to irritate on my most sensitive days.

🔸Exfoliation
The BHA component seemed to effectively reduce excess dead skin cells, so I didn't need to use a separate exfoliator.

The product also contains propolis, which helps to regulate sebum/oil production.

This product is in the essence line when you go to the COSRX website, but it's in the toner section because the formula is similar to a cleansing balm, so it can be used as a toner-like first step.

The same brand AHA products show noticeable effects even after using them just once, but I'm not sure if the effects are as pronounced since I haven't used them for a while. I purchased the Baha product because I was told that AHA can be too irritating to use daily. After checking the website, I found that the Baha product also contains a bit of AHA. I use the essence every other day or once a day.
The formula is similar to a cleansing balm, so it can be used as a toner-like first step. I first cleanse with a tea tree toner, then use the AHA or Baha product on a cotton pad to wipe my face a couple of times, like a cleansing balm. After that, I gently pat it into my skin with my palms.
Then I apply the Centella Cica cream as a moisturizer.
It's better to use the AHA or Baha products at night due to sun exposure.
Oh, and I was told by the company that the Baha product can be stored in the refrigerator, not just at room temperature.

If you want to see quick results and absorb too much, it can actually cause red acne to appear, so it's better to dab it on a cotton pad and wipe it off!!
