However, I'm looking for products with fully disclosed ingredients that are safer and purer. While this one is good, some ingredients are marked in yellow, which makes me wonder if I should keep using it. I'm searching for an even safer option. That being said, my kids haven't experienced any blemishes while using this product.

First off, it lathers up nicely. I noticed my kids' skin doesn't get dry after washing. Even though we use shampoo and body wash separately, there were no blemishes. We've been using it for over 6 months without any skin issues.
