Even though there's really nothing to complain about, if I had to pick one, the color payoff is the same as the color chart.
The application is really terrible, and as soon as you put it on, your lips get extremely dry and flaky, with a very rough and grainy feeling. I used it once or twice and then threw it away. The longevity is also very poor. I just can't understand why they even made this product, it was that bad.
