While you can apply it directly, if you want to use a cotton pad to refine your skin texture, you'll need to use quite a bit more product. The pad doesn't get saturated easily, which is a bit frustrating.

Unlike typical toners that gush out like water, this one flows more slowly - almost like a gel! It's easy to control the amount, and it feels so hydrating. I used to use aloe-based skincare, but even though I've switched brands, I'm still sticking with this one!
