The scent is refreshing. When applied, it feels like a cool aloe vera gel. It provides a sense of moisture, and the skin feels smooth and hydrated. It's a typical aloe vera gel, but for me, it's difficult to use it on its own without a cream/oil. However, it would be great for those with acne-prone or oily skin who are looking for just moisture.

I've been using this product for at least 7 years, and since it's a day cream, I usually apply it during the day. However, I found it more effective when I used it on days when I cleansed my face and did things like extractions or exfoliation at night. The next day, my skin would feel nicely supple. 
This product contains very little comedogenic ingredients, which is great for my oily skin. I can just use this alone at night and it works well for me. The fragrance is also quite clean and pleasant.
