There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. I think it might be the best body wash I've tried.

It gives you baby-soft, honey-like skin and leaves your skin feeling moisturized. The cleansing effectiveness is great, and Herbalife products are trustworthy enough to use with confidence. I also love that the scent isn't overpowering.

Thanks to my mom, I used it once and it was really great. After taking a shower, it feels really moisturizing and nice when I apply it.

If you use it with a shower puff, the lather becomes much more abundant and you can use a lot more of the product.

It's a bit inconvenient that I have to squeeze it out of the tube to use it.

The scent is nice and it's relatively mild.
After washing, the skin feels moisturized and the aloe vera scent is pleasant.

I'm using it well, except for newborns and infants.
A larger pump-type version would be more convenient.

☺Personally, I'm not a big fan of Herbalife, but this product is milder and better than the mass-market products you can easily buy at the supermarket.
☺As someone with sensitive skin, I look for cleansers that also provide good moisturization, and this one doesn't leave my skin overly dry after use.
☺The inclusion of aloe vera made it easy to use.
☺The tube-style packaging makes it convenient to use up to the last bit.

Don't rinse off the lather right away, but do your toothbrushing first and then rinse, and your skin will be even more moisturized....haha
