* I used this after visiting Cell&B Aesthetic clinic. * It's not a heavy emulsion, but rather a lighter one, making it great for summer use. * I started using it due to acne and whiteheads around my chin area caused by wearing masks. Conclusion: It definitely tackles pustular acne or fluid-filled blemishes. I was told it contains sulfur, which apparently is an ingredient that blemishes dislike. * It's not effective for whiteheads. Since I have thick skin with long, narrow pores, whiteheads appearing on the surface means there's hardened sebum deep within the pores... Unfortunately, this product doesn't solve that issue. For those concerned about fluid-filled pustular acne, using this with a sulfur soap would be beneficial. One more thing - I've heard that for acne-prone skin, it's best to avoid skincare products containing Vitamin C. Apparently, Vitamin C serves as food for Demodex mites, causing them to multiply! After learning this, I reluctantly stopped using products with Vitamin C (like Sidmool Amino Cleanser, Clio Vita C Serum, etc.). Since then, the frequency of my breakouts has significantly decreased. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 26, 2019
I was pleased with how well it helped heal the scars after popping pimples. It's quite disappointing that the amount is rather small for the price... - ye*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 16, 2019
I tried this product because it was recommended for blemishes, but I didn't notice any dramatic changes. It seems to be a decent, run-of-the-mill option. It feels a bit harsh on the skin. As someone with super sensitive skin, I noticed my face turning red after applying it. - to*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDec 20, 2017
I appreciated that the formula wasn't heavy. It absorbed nicely and the hydration was pretty good too. While sulfur-based products didn't cause blemishes for me, using this in combination led to breakouts. I'm not sure which ingredient doesn't agree with my skin, so I'll have to find a different emulsion to pair it with. Make sure to try a sample tester before purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2017
This product has a wonderfully refreshing feel with an abundance of gentle hydration. As someone with super sensitive skin, it suits me perfectly. It's more hydrating than rich, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after application. It's my first time trying a Cell&B product, and I'm absolutely loving it! If I had to mention a downside? Perhaps the quantity. I wish I could use more of it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 12, 2016
In winter, I use hydrating products, but in summer, I only need this one. (Since Cell&Be products work well for me, I apply them in this order: toner, oil, soothing cream, and sulfur cream.) It feels like it controls sebum, and after application, my skin feels hydrated without being sticky. When I've done a thorough skincare routine before makeup, I feel so satisfied! For reference, I have oily skin. If you naturally have good skin, you might prefer using something more moisturizing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 11, 2016
The oil-based ingredients don't seem to suit my oily skin type First off, it's quite pricey for the amount you get. Also, since I have oily skin, I probably won't be able to use this in the summer - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 25, 2016
My skin is oily, with cheeks that feel a bit tight only in winter. I use this product year-round except in summer! Since I'm very oily, I'm used to only applying aloe gel in summer, so when I use this during other seasons, it feels a bit rich to me. I might get some blemishes for a day or two while my skin adjusts, but after that, it's fine. I started using this when I was a high school senior because I often got blemishes, and it definitely improved my skin then. I think it's a product worth repurchasing! My skin takes a day or two to adjust, and I do get some blemishes around my mouth, but once it adapts, they actually stop appearing. I tend to get blemishes around my mouth whenever I switch cosmetics anyway... So I still recommend it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMay 1, 2015
I honestly can't find a single redeeming quality about this product. It's truly a lost cause. I bought this because it was supposed to be good for blemishes, but it's way overpriced for the amount you get. My skin actually broke out even more, and I didn't realize it was because of this product. I kept using it and suffered for a while. I absolutely cannot recommend this product. - hc*******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresApr 30, 2015
I bought this to use with the sulfur toner as recommended. It seems gentle with no fragrance. It absorbs quickly and feels moisturizing when applied, then leaves skin feeling fresh - perfect for oily skin types. Even with my oily skin, it feels a bit tight for a moment after absorption. I'm not sure if this is due to the sulfur in the toner or not, so I can't say for certain. However, it would definitely be too drying for those with dry skin. It's probably best suited for oily skin types during summer.
