I haven't had any issues or breakouts from using this.

When you apply it and time passes, the moisture (oil?) on the skin surface becomes cloudy, so it's not recommended to use it before makeup.

Well, this review is about the previous packaging, so in that regard, the old packaging was a bit annoying with the twist-open cap and squeeze-out system. The new packaging is better with the flip-top cap.

It was most satisfying because it's a moisture-rich product! I've been using it consistently ever since it was recommended by the dermatologist! It has a nice, cushiony feel on the skin and absorbs well. And it hasn't been discontinued, thankfully - they just changed the packaging design.

The smell is somewhat unpleasant, I would say. It's not exactly unscented, but more like a faint silicone-like smell trying to mimic unscented. When I first apply it, it's very slippery and doesn't absorb at all, just sits on top of the skin. This also makes my skin feel really heavy and suffocated. I even started getting more breakouts after using it. I regret spending money on this, and I'm disappointed that it's marketed as a dermatological skincare product.

The packaging is hygienic and convenient, but I don't know much else beyond that.
