Pros
It has no odor, a smooth application, and better moisturizing properties than the average plant-based oil. In the winter, when I apply a cream and it still feels dry, adding this horse oil helps the moisture last longer.
Cons
However, it's not as greasy as other animal oils, which was a bit disappointing for my extremely dry skin. I had originally planned to mix it with the Cerave cream, but when I do that, the cream texture becomes a bit strange and gloopy. Mixing it with The Ordinary Chia Seed Oil didn't make the texture worse, though.

The texture is smooth and soft.~It has almost no scent, so it's versatile. I applied it before doing my makeup before going out, and it didn't feel dry, which was great.

Essential items to buy for a Japan trip. I bought it because the Mayu products are famous. The bottle is also compact and cute. When applied, it spreads smoothly and feels like a film forming on the skin. My skin was very dry in the fall and winter, lacking luster and feeling rough, but after using this product, it became dewy and radiant. It's a bit heavy to use during the day, so it's good as a before-bed product to use at night.

Pros
The absorption and moisturizing properties are excellent. I used it as a stretch mark cream during pregnancy, and since it's made with animal oils, it didn't irritate my skin at all. Pregnancy creams usually need to be applied multiple times a day, but with this hand cream, just one application after showering would keep my skin moisturized for 2-3 days. The moisturizing power is really impressive. The only downside is that it was in a balm form, which would turn into an oil-like texture in the summer, so I had to store it in the refrigerator and use it that way.
