The baby powder scent is very strong, so it's a love-or-hate kind of thing. I also found it stinging when I applied it to my face. There's no redness or irritation, but if I don't apply other products on top, it's irritating enough to be noticeable.
I won't be using it on my face.

I have eczema on my ears and arms, and when I apply this, the moisturizing effect seems to be quite good, so it has improved a lot. But since it's not an eczema cream, you don't have to apply it all over.
The scent is also to my liking.
