I've tried similar spray foundations, including one from Dior. The Sephora one costs around $35, while Dior's is over $60. Both had good reviews, so I tested them to see if Dior was worth the splurge. Surprisingly, there wasn't much difference in feel or coverage! So I went with this one, and I'm quite satisfied! You can spray it directly on your face, but I apply it to the back of my hand first and use a brush to avoid getting it on my clothes. It's not super hydrating, but it doesn't look cakey either. It adheres to the skin in an incredibly thin layer, leaving a soft, matte finish without dryness. The best part? It doesn't scream 'I'm wearing makeup!' The downside is... it might work better if sprayed directly on the face, but since I apply it with a brush from the back of my hand, it absorbs quickly, so I feel like I'm using quite a bit on my hand. It's designed for direct facial application, but I'm just being cautious. Also, the coverage isn't particularly high. Personally, I have dry skin with few blemishes, so I prefer lightweight formulas over heavy coverage, which is why this works well for me. This foundation is ideal for those who dislike both dewy, glowing finishes and overly powdery looks that make it obvious you're wearing makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 11, 2015
The color is natural and bright. It's unique and fresh! I just ordered it out of curiosity, haha. I bought it out of curiosity! Medium was too dark, and Light wasn't yellow-toned but just bright. So I ordered Fair. Maybe because it's too light, the coverage is... not great. I didn't apply it directly to my face, but sprayed it on the back of my hand and used a brush. It's moisturizing, but it doesn't seem to adhere well or have good staying power. It gives a bare-faced look, which doesn't suit me. Also, it's not directly available on Sephora, so I had to use a purchasing service, which cost almost $50... quite expensive. The brush doesn't give great adherence, and the sponge absorbs way too much product.
