I'd recommend this more for people with short hair or military personnel. Without using conditioner, your hair truly becomes as stiff as fabric washed with soap and left to dry. The fragrance is absolutely divine. It's so good that it even makes up for the wicked price... You definitely need to use conditioner with this. It's not particularly softening on its own!
