For those in a hurry, just check out the arrows➡ or scissors ✂! 'Make Up' by Sam Kim (It's a great song, I don't know why it's not more popular.. If you're looking for an emotional and groovy tune, I highly recommend this one!) Hello! It's been a while since I've written a review, so I feel a bit awkward.. I've been busy with various things, but I'll do my best! My hair turned into a mess after bleaching.. I'm trying to take care of it, but if it doesn't work, I'll cut it.. I have a 21 shade skin with a deep undertone (I think)! I'm a crow who's not satisfied with eyeshadows that have small glitters (wink). Now, let's start the review~ ➡Color: It's a beige-brown base color with a hint of red, packed with shimmering silver and gold glitters! If I had to break it down, the base is about 6 parts beige, 3 parts brown, and 1 part red. The glitter ratio is about 6:4 with more gold. It's not a color that will make you look puffy, and since it's mostly glitter, it can subtly brighten your eyes. The small glitter particles would work well for a light makeup look. It has a bit of a 'wedding guest' vibe? If you like the Majolica Tzuyu eyeshadow, you might like this one too..!! ➡Pigmentation: It tends to transfer quite a bit of product when you rub it, so it applies smoothly in one go. The glitter transfers well without getting stuck on your fingers or brush, making it very convenient to apply! Unlike many glitter eyeshadows where the base color comes off on your hand and only the glitter remains, this one transfers both the base color and glitter evenly. This makes it very useful for highlighting without looking too floaty when doing eye makeup. ➡Adherence: When applied with fingers, the shadow particles seem to fill in wrinkles with the base color, and then the glitter sticks on top, creating a really pretty effect. It's not the type of glitter that sticks so firmly that it's impossible to cleanse, but it adheres well enough that you can blend it by rubbing several times with your fingers! ➡Texture: Personally, I love the feeling, but do you know that slight oiliness you can feel in glitter eyeshadows? This has just a hint of that, which makes me feel good every time I apply it.. Only those who have experienced it will understand.. It has about 1/5 of the oiliness of that Cl** square prism shadow, which is just right. ➡Price: I can't believe it. This quality for just 3500 won, while that MAC Honeylust costs how much..! If you're curious but don't have much money like me, this is worth trying as a substitute (personally, I think this one is prettier..)
✂Fallout: While it adheres very well when applied with fingers, there's quite a bit of fallout when using brushes (except for tip brushes!). So it's best to apply it with your fingers~!! ✂Longevity: It doesn't last very long. I always powder my eyes before starting makeup because of smudging, so by my standards, it didn't last long. It stays on well for about 2 hours, but after that, you can see it gradually disappearing.. ✂The eyeshadow particles are a bit coarse, so they don't transfer evenly onto your hand. There are some clumpy parts, so it's better to pat the shadow onto your hand rather than rubbing it. +The particles are a bit small, so I wasn't satisfied. I mix it with liquid glitter.. 😊😊Summary→ For those who like small, shimmery glitters! It shouldn't be too tone-dependent, and I think it would be good for those who don't usually wear glitter and do brown-toned makeup to try. It could be applied without being too overwhelming. However, the fallout was a bit disappointing.
🐝It's best to apply it with your fingers or on skin that still has some oil left. Otherwise, you might end up with a face sparkling like Tinkerbell. 🐝If you apply a larger amount with some pressure, the base color will show up more intensely and the glitter will be more densely packed! If you pat it on gently and then apply with light strokes, the glitter will be more scattered. For reference, I like to apply it lightly on the eyelid and more densely on the aegyo sal! 🐝If you spray a bit of mist on a tip brush from a distance and then apply the shadow, it adheres really well and gives a shiny oil-like finish to your eyes. 🐝Using a thin point brush, you can create a subtle yet deep eye look by applying it heavily along the inner lower lash line and gradually blending it outwards. This is my favorite method! 🐝I'm not sure if it's still available, but Etude House had a 'Acoustic Guitar Goddess' stick version of this. Personally, I use the stick more than the shadow. The stick is just as pretty, has zero fallout, and is quite waterproof, so I recommend it! 2nd photo: From top to bottom, 1 swatch with fingers; 3 swatches with fingers; 1 swatch with brush; 3 swatches with brush 3rd photo: This is how it transfers onto your hand 4th photo: Eye swatch. The color payoff is similar to the wrist swatch, but the gold glitter is much more noticeable on the eyes 5th and 6th photos: Makeup look using this eyeshadow. I applied it on the eyelid and aegyo sal ♥If there are any products you'd like me to review, please leave a comment.
