Pros
I can't believe this is discontinued... This pearl is truly out of this world. It shimmers so brilliantly and beautifully. The problem is that I realized I'm a cool-toned person while using it. But I couldn't give up on this gold pearl, so I kept using it and eventually passed it on to a warm-toned friend. The pearl doesn't fall off my cheeks, which is quite rare, and I applied it with my fingers and it blended in so well. It's just so gorgeous.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing at all! It's just sad that I can't use it since I'm cool-toned...

The color payoff is great. Applying it with your fingers rather than a brush will enhance the color payoff. There are subtle glitters that create a beautiful shimmer. It works well as a pop of color on a matte eyeshadow.

Pros
Etude House eyeshadows were quite famous... Moreover, I bought them when they were at the peak of their popularity. The pearl particles are not too big, but they have a strong presence and when I did my makeup in the brown tones, applying it to the lower lash line made it so pretty haha. I bought this when I was younger, and around that time, people were comparing it a lot to the 'guitar goddess' and 'muscle maniac' looks, but since this was my first pearl eyeshadow, I got one with smaller particles. But now that I think about it, I probably would have used the 'muscle maniac' one well too haha.
Cons
Since I have a lot of eye fat, applying pearl to my eyelids makes them look puffy and burdensome :( So I usually just apply it to the lower lash line.

The gold pearl really doesn't suit me, and I'm actually not sure why I bought it.. I'd like to ask my past self what made this look so pretty that I had to get it.. I've seen Yeborling use Muscle Mania all the time, so I was curious how pretty it must be for her to use it so often. I went to the Etude House store to test it out, but that one was even more intense gold, so I remember buying this one instead.. Anyway, this one has a gold base with silvery pearls scattered throughout. The pearls themselves are just silver, so if I apply a light layer and dab it on with my fingers, it's actually not bad and I've been using it like this. There's an 87% chance it won't suit cool-toned people like me, so I'd recommend not buying it. Warm-toned people in the fall might be able to pull it off nicely on its own - it's not overly glitzy, but the simple prettiness keeps drawing me back 🙆‍♀️

The pearl adherence was decent, but there was a bit of fallout. When I applied it with my fingers, the pearls would scatter quite a bit, and I'd end up with pearls all over my eyes after application. Having used a lot of Rom&nd pearls, I couldn't help but compare, and the Rom&nd ones would leave a nice glossy, satin-like finish when I just swiped them on with my fingers, while the Etude one felt a bit uneven and powdery, even after just a few uses. But considering the 3,500 won price tag, it's not too bad. I might as well save up a bit more and get the Rom&nd pearls instead though.
Tip
You absolutely have to apply this with your fingers to get it to stick properly. If you use a brush, it barely adheres and just ends up falling all over your cheeks - it's a total disaster 🤦‍♀️

I thought I was a warm-toned person and bought it, but if I was a warm-toned person, I think it would have been really good. The pearl is a shimmery and glittery, so it's so pretty.
Cons
It's a bit tough for cool-toned people to use. It has a warmer feel to it.

This is already a well-known product, and I tried it out. As expected, Etude House is the master of eyeshadows. The pearls are small, but they shine delicately, which I really like. It has a beige color with pearls, and the color appears slightly different depending on the angle. At some angles, the color looks surprisingly deep.
