If you're cool-toned, you're missing out if you don't have this! It's truly a gem. First, as an eyeshadow - it's perfect for creating a feminine look. The reason I use this shadow no matter what makeup I'm doing is because it's essential for aegyo-sal (under-eye puff). When applied there, it creates a subtly alluring and lovable eye look. I have nearly monolids, so I focus more on the lower part of my eyes and aegyo-sal. This makes my eyes look naturally bigger and gives a plump, fresh appearance to the aegyo-sal. Next, as a blush - it's fantastic! For cool-toned folks like me who are always on the hunt for that strawberry milk blush, here it is! It's perfect as a blush. The color payoff is soft, making it ideal for a natural base blush. I have several Etude eyeshadows, but this is the only one that clumps. It's not clumping on the eyes, but in the case itself, probably due to finger oils. I managed to fix it by removing the clumps with tape. The color payoff is light, but that's actually why I liked it more. I apply this after drawing the aegyo-sal shadow. Then, if you add some glitter on top, it looks absolutely beautiful. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 12, 2020
It has a slightly powdery pink tint that looks great under the eyes and on the eyelids, giving a lively appearance! I also use this as a blush, and it's not too intense, giving me exactly the look I want! As you might expect, it's not recommended if pink doesn't suit you! Also, after a few uses, it tends to clump, making it difficult to apply evenly. You'll need to clean it regularly with something like tape to maintain its effectiveness. I highly recommend using it as a blush! It works hard to give you that perfect Inner Glow. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2020
Excellent color payoff Affordable price Generous amount of product Great value for money Easy to blend and combine colors Perfect for spring looks Beautiful when used as a blush Tends to clump together Packaging feels flimsy The colors are truly gorgeous! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinMar 1, 2020
- The color seems to suit all skin tones, whether warm or cool! (It leans slightly more towards warm tones though.) Even warm-toned folks who don't usually look good in pink can use this for a radiant look. That's me... - I mainly used it on my eye corners and under-eye area, but it's also gorgeous as a blush. It's very similar to that Benefit blush... can't remember the name right now, but it's like the one without shimmer. This could be a great affordable alternative! When used as a blush, there was a bit of excess powder fallout. It also sometimes applied a bit patchy. But it's so pretty, I can forgive that! Dawn Flower Market blush + Mamonde Velvet Red is a killer combo!!! It's a look that's super fresh-faced and likely to suit anyone. It's so stunning that I've been wearing pretty much just this for months... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2020
It applies beautifully without any fuss. The color isn't too intense, so you can apply it casually for everyday use. If you apply just a bit more, it tends to clump up quickly and flake off slightly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 22, 2020
1. Color It's a baby pink with just a hint of coral. Seems like a rather unique shade. 1. Application It really doesn't absorb well at all. While other Etude products are vibrant, smooth, and generally have decent absorption, 'Dawn Flower Market' is too sheer and prone to patchy application. (The second photo shows my finger after rubbing the shadow quite a bit) 2. Clumping It clumps immediately when it meets the natural oils on your skin. So when you apply the shadow with your fingers, it doesn't show up well on your eyes and gets stuck in clumps between your fingerprints. 3. Staying Power When I went out wearing it, it only lasted about 1-2 hours for me. 1. It looks pretty when applied under the eyes 2. It's also lovely when used lightly as a blush! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinMay 21, 2019
I'm definitely a cool-toned gal. This was actually the first eyeshadow I ever bought, and I'm absolutely loving it. I just threw it on casually one day, and people were asking what eyeshadow I was wearing. It's truly become my go-to base shade. It tends to clump up a bit. Also, when applied with fingers, the color payoff is quite poor. The second swatch you see is this product, and I had to rub it 3-4 times to get that level of pigmentation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 21, 2019
Affordable price, can use without hesitation. Etude House is easily accessible. The pigmentation is seriously lacking. I wish I had checked the Hwahae reviews before buying... sigh. I'm leaving this review to help others make an informed decision. The color payoff is even worse than 'Cafe Latte with Extra Milk'. The pan color looks deep, but when applied to the eyes, it's like a neon strawberry... what? Also, when swatching with fingers, the shadow in the case clumps up. This might be in the top 3 worst pigmented shadows from Etude's non-shimmer line. Paid 3500 won, but feels like I got 100 won worth of pigmentation. Pro tip: don't use it alone. But since I've already bought it, I tried different combinations. If you use this as a base, patiently building up the color, then apply a beige (champagne) pearl eyeshadow on top, it slightly tones down the neon effect and looks pretty cute. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2018
The color is insanely beautiful! The pigmentation is excellent. It gives such a delicate and soft look. The packaging is really, really flimsy. It might make your eyes look a bit puffy. It clumps slightly when applied. It looks truly gorgeous when applied under the eyes and towards the outer corners. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2018
The color is perfect as a base, and it's great for applying lightly at school without being too intense. It's ideal for student makeup looks. The staying power of Etude eyeshadows is quite poor... There's also some excess powder and clumping.
