  Pros

  As someone who takes great care with eyeliner, Woodbury is truly the best! I've tried all the highly-rated eyeliners, but Woodbury is unbeatable for longevity and smudge-resistance. It's my holy grail product!

  Cons

  It can clump a bit when applying... You need to immediately set it with eyeshadow, otherwise it hardens.

  Tip

  Works best for tightlining!
