Pros
I was looking for a lipstick with a mixed color feel, as wearing red lipstick alone felt a bit burdensome. I ended up purchasing the Lancome lipstick, famous for its rose series. The exterior is very luxurious, and the rose-shaped top part is refreshing as it opens with a touch mechanism. The application is very smooth, with a feel that's in between matte and oily lipsticks. The color payoff is good, and while not as long-lasting as a tint, it lasts throughout the morning without needing reapplication. (This is a product I purchased directly.) Pros
It seems like they've combined the best features of matte lipstick and moisturizing lipstick. Despite being a moisturizing lipstick, the color payoff is excellent and it has great longevity without emphasizing any fine lines or flakiness.
Cons
Being a moisturizing lipstick, there is some transfer and it tends to leave fingerprints on the case.
Tip
I checked the swatch photos on the blog extensively before purchasing, but when I applied it on my own lips, the color ended up being more of a cherry red rather than the pink tone I was expecting. It's beautiful, very creamy Good application, good pigmentation Kind of a fuchsia color? Yes, that's right The case is high-quality and pretty The magnetic case clicks satisfyingly The lipstick itself has a rose pattern that's nice The longevity is, well, about average for a lipstick... The color is so beautiful!! The pigmentation is great and the staying power is pretty good too. Just don't eat while wearing it, that's all. The lid has a magnet, so it clicks shut nicely when you close it.
Cons
It feels a bit dry from the moment you apply it. I really dislike dryness since my lips tend to get chapped easily. This would be perfect for those who like a matte finish.

I don't use lipstick much because I have a lot of lip flakes, but this doesn't cause that! The color payoff is amazing too.
Cons
The only downside is that it's too expensive for students to buy.
