  Over the past decade, I've tried dozens of toners, but this is the best. I only used toners to wipe away residue, and never expected more functionality, but this one excelled at exfoliating, managing blackheads, replenishing skin moisture, and removing impurities. This is truly the best toner!

  The price... the price, oh no 😭 Toners are products that get used up quickly, so the price barrier is high 😭

  Pros

  I've been using it wrapped in cotton and as a blotting paper. After cleansing, I lightly wiped it off, but I didn't realize it until I wiped the foundation off my hand with the cotton after makeup - the foundation residue came off so easily. After evening cleansing, there's no residue worry, so I plan to keep using it.

  Cons

  At first, the scent seemed a bit unpleasant, but at some point I got used to it, and now I'm almost numb to it. The price, though.

  It was incredibly gentle, and I was able to use it without any irritation on my sensitive skin after laser treatment. After cleansing, the remaining makeup was wiped away on the cotton pad, leaving me with a refreshed feeling! If I felt there was still a lot left, it allowed me to do a re-cleansing...
