  For light everyday use after my skincare routine, I'm quite satisfied. It brightens my dull complexion without being excessive. The absorbs well, so I can easily apply it up to my neck. It's perfect for quick outings!

  Cons

  I was surprised to find out it contains quite a few potentially harmful ingredients. I almost repurchased after finishing a whole tube, but then I discovered Hwahae and decided to check the ingredients. I'm hesitating now, despite being generally satisfied and planning to buy it again. However, I have atopic dermatitis around my eyes and super sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any particular side effects. One thing to note is that the fragrance is quite strong.

  I initially bought it at Olive Young, but you can find it much cheaper online.

  It naturally brightens my skin, making it perfect for school use. The moisturizing effect is great for those with dry skin.

  Cons

  I mentioned it was moisturizing earlier, but it's actually extremely oily, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. My skin is super sensitive, and this product caused a breakout. I also wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive skin. However, my friend with dry skin was very satisfied with it.

  I went to Olive Young looking for a brightening moisturizer, and this cream was on sale for just 8000 won! I was a bit nervous about whether it would suit my skin, but it can be used as the final step in your morning and evening skincare routine. It's so hydrating that you can even use it as a moisturizer after toner in the morning. It naturally evens out your skin tone, so I highly recommend it for students too! A small amount is enough to naturally brighten your entire face. It's even moisturizing when applied to the neck!

  Cons

  Because it's so hydrating, the staying power isn't great. There's no coverage at all, and it doesn't have any sun protection. It's really just a basic skincare product!

  Tip

  If you apply a setting powder or long-lasting foundation over this, it won't come off easily!

  Since it's a brightening moisturizer, it doesn't offer much coverage. However, it adheres to the skin beautifully! After application, it doesn't feel sticky, but rather gives a firm, bouncy feeling. It doesn't transfer to hands or clothes after applying, making it perfect for students. The texture is incredibly hydrating. Unlike other brightening moisturizers that can clump or look patchy, this one applies smoothly. I find it works best when applied thinly with a wedge puff, then patted on with fingers in areas where you want extra brightening. Just be careful around the upper lip area, as it can bunch up slightly there. The best part? You can apply this in the evening after cleansing without needing to wash it off again. It offers both long-term and instant brightening effects!

  Cons

  If you have extremely dry skin, you might not notice at first, but the firm, bouncy feeling could eventually feel slightly tight. In this case, I recommend applying a thin layer of moisturizer generously before using this product. Also, the quantity (50ml) feels a bit small, which is disappointing.

  Tip

  I've been using this primarily for student makeup looks. To brighten your complexion, apply a thin layer and gently pat it in with a puff. For students, following up with a liquid concealer on dark circles or blemishes creates a pure, translucent skin look. It's also perfect as a makeup base. Apply a thin layer, then use a small amount of an oily foundation for a natural, subtle glow.

  This instant brightening moisturizer naturally lightens your complexion. It seems like it could also provide hydration benefits during the winter months.

  Cons

  I switched to this after running out of Peripera's Milk Blur Cream, which the store associate recommended. The Blur Cream has a watery texture that absorbs well, almost like a hydrating moisturizer. This one, however, feels more like a body emulsion. When applied to the face, it leaves a slightly oily residue. Its staying power is weaker than the Blur Cream, and it doesn't give that radiant glow to the skin. It's more like applying a white substance. Compared to Peripera's product, I wouldn't really recommend this.

  I think it might work better if mixed with a hydrating moisturizer.
