  1. Coverage is medium to high 2. Suitable for combination skin in all seasons due to its semi-matte finish 3. Frequently goes on sale 4. Perfect for a natural makeup look 5. Despite being semi-matte, it doesn't feel drying even with minimal skincare in the morning

  1. Settles into pores, emphasizing them When choosing between foundation and cushion, I prioritize matte finish and pore coverage on cheeks and nose. This product falls short in this aspect, so I'm deducting one star. 2. Not particularly brightening The shade 21 is on the darker side. Unlike Double Wear, it doesn't have that instant brightening effect, so I'm taking off another star. 3. Requires thorough cleansing due to pore-settling issues 4. Won't repurchase

  For a more matte finish, lightly dust some powder on top.

  Pros

  I absolutely loved how it settled with a matte, powdery finish that felt so fresh and light. Surprisingly, it kept my skin feeling hydrated underneath. The coverage wasn't bad at all!

  Cons

  For cool-toned bases, it has too much of a reddish tint. The Rochelle pink tone suited me perfectly, but this one leans more towards red than pink, unfortunately.

  The word 'powder' in the cushion's name is there for a good reason. It's matte, making it perfect for summer use! It feels like it doesn't melt away easily.

  Cons

  The shade seems a bit darker compared to other #21 shades. Also, due to its matte finish, I wouldn't recommend it for winter use.

  However, when worn in summer, it tends to break down due to heat, and it doesn't look very pretty when it does.

  The coverage is truly excellent, and with a good base, it provides a perfectly balanced matte finish

  Cons

  It doesn't particularly enhance skin texture, but more importantly, it triggered a massive breakout of small blemishes. I hoped it wasn't the cause and continued using it for a few more days with my regular skincare routine, but my face developed a new 'texture' from all the tiny blemishes, so I had to stop using it

  Pros

  Coverage The coverage is good, but when applied over blemishes, it can make them appear more pronounced! Adherence If you prep your skin properly, it adheres well! Application It has a slightly matte finish, leaving your skin feeling velvety!

  Cons

  It's surprisingly matte, so you need to properly prep your skin before applying. When I was in a rush in the morning and didn't do my skincare routine properly, it looked patchy and made my face feel like it was floating! Also, when it starts to break down over time, it doesn't do so gracefully.

  Pros

  It's fantastic! Even though I have combination skin, it doesn't look overly shiny. I love matte finishes, and this one is perfectly matte. I only needed to use powder on my nose.

  Cons

  Occasionally, it doesn't adhere well... On days when my skin is in really bad condition, it doesn't sit well on my skin, unfortunately.

  Pros

  For reference, I have extremely oily skin. Even with the most matte products, oil resurfaces within an hour or two. I can't live without powder, even in winter! 1. It's truly matte, which I love! I think this is the most matte cushion I've ever used! Because of this, it might be a bit heavy for those with dry skin. 2. Great coverage! True to its name, the coverage is impressive. While I can't say it conceals everything completely, it did cover most of my large acne scars. 3. Impressive staying power :) I was surprised by how long-lasting it is! The longevity exceeded my expectations!

  Cons

  1. As mentioned in the positives, those with dry skin or oily skin types using this in winter might find it a bit drying. 2. As someone with typically shade 22 skin, I felt this cushion ran a bit dark. So, I'd recommend those with medium skin tones to consider going up a shade. 3. I wasn't particularly impressed with the puff. It felt like I was using it just because it was there.

  Those with dry skin should make sure to have a solid skincare routine as a base!

  Pros

  My skin is oily with acne scars and large pores - it's quite problematic! I was really cautious about choosing a cushion foundation, but after using this one, I didn't break out or anything. It's perfect for summer use! However, it's slightly matte, so if you only apply this before going out, it might crack a bit around the mouth area.

  Cons

  Even though I have oily skin, using this alone in winter feels dry and looks patchy.
