My hair was in terrible condition due to perms and lack of care, so I couldn't get a perm for over two years. But after washing my hair every morning, applying this product daily, and getting a few haircuts, my hair has really recovered. The ends of my hair have improved so much. Before, they would break off easily when pulled, but not anymore.
I don't have any particular complaints. However, since I have oily hair, it's a bit tricky to use in the summer.
It seems to work even better when applied before using a hair dryer.
